Product range
Zinc Alloy
Zinc-alloy eye-cream sticks, spatulas, massage applicators, perfume caps. Metal components that carry both mechanical function and visible brand surface.
Formats in this range
Typical formats and what each one is used for. Capacities and dimensions are agreed against your brief.
Zinc-alloy eye-cream sticks
Heavier component formats where weight is part of the perceived quality.
Zinc-alloy spatulas and applicators
Functional applicators that come into contact with the formula, so material compliance matters as much as finish.
Massage applicators
Ergonomic parts where surface texture and radius are functional, not decorative.
Zinc-alloy perfume caps
Closures for prestige fragrance. Metallic finish quality is directly visible and directly compared.
Specification notes
| Item | Practical position |
|---|---|
| Tooling | Customer-specific tooling is developed in-house and belongs to the customer. Not produced for third parties. |
| Minimum order | Depends on format and whether tooling exists. Existing tools can start from the low thousands; new tooling is a separate one-time cost plus a volume commitment. |
| Sampling | Off-tool samples from existing tooling, or new tooling followed by first-article approval before production. |
| Decoration | UV vacuum metallizing, spray, silk-screen, hot stamping, laser engraving, pad printing, 3D printing and assembly available in-house. |
| Materials | PP, PE, ABS, PMMA, SAN, PET, PCT, LLDPE and zinc alloy, selected against the formula and filling process. |
| Approval gate | Nothing enters production without first-article approval on physical parts. |
| Lead time | Quoted per order. We do not publish a single generic figure because tooling and decoration change it. |

Questions about zinc alloy
What formats are in the zinc alloy range?
The common formats for this range are listed above with their typical use. Where a project needs a format not listed, send a drawing or a reference sample — new tooling is normal rather than exceptional.
Which materials do you use for zinc alloy?
PP, PE, ABS, PMMA, SAN, PET and PCT are typical, with zinc alloy for metal components and LLDPE for closures. The grade is chosen against your formula, filling process and decoration route, and we state which one and why.
Can zinc alloy components be decorated?
Yes. UV vacuum metallizing, spray, silk-screen, hot stamping, laser engraving, pad printing and 3D printing are all available in-house, including assembly into pack-ready components.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on format and whether tooling exists. Existing tooling can often start from a first order in the low thousands; new tooling is a separate one-time cost plus a volume commitment. Send the format and forecast for a real figure.
How long does sampling take?
Off-tool samples are quickest. New tooling requires the tool build and then first-article approval before production. We quote sample lead time per project rather than publishing a single number.
Can you match a competitor's sample?
We can match a sample in function and visual intent, and propose a specification for it. We do not reproduce protected design — where the match would infringe, we will say so and propose an alternative route.
