Medical Aesthetics & Ampoules

Single-dose ampoules, twin-chamber serum bottles, bulb bottles, flat-bottom bottles, roll-on bottles,essential-oil bottles. The range brands under-dermatology and skin-booster formats where barrier integrity and fill compatibility decide whether the formula survives.

Formats in this range

Typical formats and what each one is used for. Capacities and dimensions are agreed against your brief.

Single-dose ampoules

The core medical-aesthetics format. Barrier integrity decides whether the active survives shelf life, and the closure has to seal cleanly through very small fill volumes.

Twin-chamber serum bottles

Two chambers holding separate phases, mixed at the point of use. Requires reliable chamber separation and a closure that mixes on demand without leaking.

Bulb bottles

Round-bottom format. Wall distribution over the radius is the critical dimension — thin spots here are where burst failures start.

Flat-bottom bottles

Stands upright without a stand. Wall strength at the base has to be managed without making the whole part heavy.

Roll-on and essential-oil bottles

Small volumes with a tight neck finish. Neck concentricity matters more than wall thickness at this size.

Easy-tear closures

Octagonal easy-tear cap designs are covered by granted design patents in this company's portfolio.

ItemPractical position
ToolingCustomer-specific tooling is developed in-house and belongs to the customer. Not produced for third parties.
Minimum orderDepends on format and whether tooling exists. Existing tools can start from the low thousands; new tooling is a separate one-time cost plus a volume commitment.
SamplingOff-tool samples from existing tooling, or new tooling followed by first-article approval before production.
DecorationUV vacuum metallizing, spray, silk-screen, hot stamping, laser engraving, pad printing, 3D printing and assembly available in-house.
MaterialsPP, PE, ABS, PMMA, SAN, PET, PCT, LLDPE and zinc alloy, selected against the formula and filling process.
Approval gateNothing enters production without first-article approval on physical parts.
Lead timeQuoted per order. We do not publish a single generic figure because tooling and decoration change it.

Questions about medical aesthetics & ampoules

What formats are in the medical aesthetics & ampoules range?
The common formats for this range are listed above with their typical use. Where a project needs a format not listed, send a drawing or a reference sample — new tooling is normal rather than exceptional.
Which materials do you use for medical aesthetics & ampoules?
PP, PE, ABS, PMMA, SAN, PET and PCT are typical, with zinc alloy for metal components and LLDPE for closures. The grade is chosen against your formula, filling process and decoration route, and we state which one and why.
Can medical aesthetics & ampoules components be decorated?
Yes. UV vacuum metallizing, spray, silk-screen, hot stamping, laser engraving, pad printing and 3D printing are all available in-house, including assembly into pack-ready components.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on format and whether tooling exists. Existing tooling can often start from a first order in the low thousands; new tooling is a separate one-time cost plus a volume commitment. Send the format and forecast for a real figure.
How long does sampling take?
Off-tool samples are quickest. New tooling requires the tool build and then first-article approval before production. We quote sample lead time per project rather than publishing a single number.
Can you match a competitor's sample?
We can match a sample in function and visual intent, and propose a specification for it. We do not reproduce protected design — where the match would infringe, we will say so and propose an alternative route.
